Job Description:
As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in
guiding and supervising our dynamic engineering team. You will be
responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of
innovative solutions, managing projects, and ensuring the timely
delivery of high-quality products.
Our client manufactures complex, close tolerance and
precision-machined componenets and assemblies for applications in
aerospace, defense and other industrial OEM's. With over 100 CNC
machines that perform milling, turning and other functions, they
are able to provide the highest quality products for their
customers.
Drive the development and execution of engineering projects, from
concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, product
management, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration
of engineering solutions.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource
allocation plans, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project
milestones.
Implement best practices and standards for engineering processes,
methodologies, and documentation.
Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and ethical conduct within
the engineering team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Proven
experience (5+ years) in engineering management, preferably in a
technology-driven environment.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Esprit, NX) and
familiarity with CNC machining processes.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Commitment to quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
Competitive target salary based on direct experience, 140k -
160k
