Experienced managing a food service team along with exceptional client relations and customer satisfaction skills. The Assistant Food Service Director Essential Duties:Assist and support the Food Service Director with daily operations.Oversee inventory and ordering for the department.Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.Assist in resident meal tickets.
