Job Description Job Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team on a contract basis in Leominster, Massachusetts. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance expert with strong leadership skills and expertise in corporate accounting. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Provide leadership in corporate accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations. • Manage month-end closing activities, including reconciliation and preparation of financial statements. • Facilitate external audits by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating with auditors. • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making. • Identify opportunities for process improvement within accounting operations. • Maintain detailed records and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. • Proven experience in corporate accounting. • Expertise in month-end and year-end close processes. • Familiarity with external audit procedures and requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of the organization.
