has a need for a GI to join team. Will be employed and while
General GI is required, will welcome Adv-Endo, Motility or

Compensation : $525000 - $650000 Job ID : 34356 Job Function:
Structure the role as an employed position within the GI team.
Define scope of practice to include both outpatient and inpatient
work, with emphasis on outpatient care. Ensure general GI comprises
at least 50% of the role. Identify opportunities to support
subspecialty interests such as Advanced Endoscopy, motility, and
IBD. Coordinate group structure to maintain cross-call coverage at
a 1:15 ratio. Centralize inpatient responsibilities at a single
hospital location. Job Requirements: Will look at BE/BC GI.
