Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Certified
Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) is needed to provide
specialized speech and language support for K-12 students in a
school setting. This contract position is scheduled to begin as
soon as possible and continue through the end of the current school
year. Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language
therapy services to students across kindergarten through 12th
grade. Assess students communication needs and develop tailored
treatment plans. Collaborate with educators and families to support
student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress
reports in compliance with school and state regulations. Provide
consultative support and recommendations to classroom teachers and
support staff. Qualifications: Hold a Certificate of Clinical
Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP). Experience
working with school-aged children in K-12 educational environments.
Familiarity with school speech language pathology protocols and
individualized education programs (IEPs). Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within an
interdisciplinary team. Location and Duration: Position located in
Albany, NY. Contract role for the current school year, from ASAP
through the end of the school year. This role offers an opportunity
to impact students communication development during a critical time
in their education. Qualified speech-language pathologists with a
passion for school-based practice are encouraged to apply for this
contract assignment. Compensation for this position ranges from
$36.72 to $66.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare
