Job Description Job Description Senior Civil Construction Estimator $170,000–$220,000 | Leading Site & Civil Construction Firm Join a fast?growing civil/site development firm known for delivering complex, high?visibility projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and public infrastructure sectors. We are seeking an experienced Civil Construction Estimator who thrives in a technical, fast?paced environment and can produce precise, competitive estimates that drive successful project delivery. This is a high?impact position offering outstanding compensation, stability, and the ability to shape bids on some of the region’s most notable civil construction projects. What You’ll Do Develop accurate, detailed cost estimates for site/civil projects using plans, specs, and engineering documentation. Analyze subcontractor and supplier pricing, evaluate scopes, and build data?driven pricing models. Prepare and submit competitive bids for public and private sector opportunities. Price, manage, and track change orders throughout construction. Utilize HCSS for estimating, cost tracking, and bid management. Work closely with project managers, engineers, field leadership, and external partners. Support preconstruction planning and monitor cost performance throughout project lifecycles. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5 years of experience estimating civil/site development projects. Strong proficiency with HCSS . Deep understanding of bid preparation, unit pricing, takeoffs, and change order workflows. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Background Experience with heavy civil, land development, utilities, roadways, or large?scale infrastructure work. Exposure to preconstruction, proposal development, cost modeling, and RFI processes. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $88.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
