Title: Engineering Manager - Systems Electrical Engineering Department: Innovation and Strategy Location: Pittsfield, MA Clearance: Secret - DOD Clearance GeoLogics is working with an Innovation Team to hire a leader to inspire an Engineering Department. This team develops electronics for Marine and Strategic Systems which ensure safe and reliable products. We are looking for a dynamic leader who understands the balance of ingenuity and profitability. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS:

• Ability to foster Smart Goals to excite team for collaboration, understanding, and quality products while maintaining schedules within budget
• Leads development of strategic projects or large tasks by applying engineering and organizational knowledge and expertise to achieve technical goals
• Provides technical input to Engineering Management in linking project IP strategy to business road-maps
• Directs, coordinates, and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering project within area of assigned responsibility
• Participates in the development of executable project plans on proposals
• Participates in the proposal process Qualifications --- * An Active DOD Secret Clearance * Bachelors Degree in STEM, or Electrical Engineering with 10 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) and 8 years of related experience-- * Proposal Writing, Client Relationship Building, Presentation, Team Building * Performance Reviews and Training * Ability to foster an empowerment culture to ensure accountability, accurate forecasting, and dependable solutions * Innovation experience within a manufacturing environment with Signal Processing, Marine Electronics, or Computer Systems for Classified Clients preferred Position could require travel up to 20%
