Pittsfield, MA is looking for a Urologist to cover May 2023 through November 2023.

Schedule: Week 1: Off; Week 2: Clinic M-F 8-5 with nightly call 5p-8a, Call Sat & Sun
Rate types: Hourly, 24 hour call, night call, call back and weekend call

Practice Details:

Patients per day in clinic - 20-30
100% Adult
Outpatient office clinic & hospital based
Office staff: 3 RNs, 3 LPNs, 3 MAs, 1 lab tech, 1.5 US techsDocumentation System/EMR: Meditech Expanse

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified Urology- REQUIRED
- MA license in hand - REQUIRED
- Covid and flu vaccination - REQUIRED at name clear
- Clean malpractice/background for fast credentialing - HIGHLY Preferred
- CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- ACLS
- BLS
- Board Certified
- STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Massachusetts
