Job Description:
Department/Unit: Nuclear Medicine Work Shift: Day ***Sign on
Bonus Available: $15K over 3 years*** Salary Range: $38.54-$63.58
per hour (salary commensurate with experience) The Nuclear Medicine
Technologist II performs technical procedures and assists in the
clinical evaluation and care of patients. They create diagnostic
images, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and operate nuclear
medicine instruments and imaging equipment. The role also involves
radiation safety, quality control, and patient monitoring in
accordance with NY State regulations. The ideal candidate has an
Associate's Degree from an approved two-year AMA Nuclear Medicine
School, 4-6 years of related experience, and relevant
certifications. This position requires standing, walking, lifting,
and other physical demands, along with working in various
environmental conditions. Albany Medical Center is an equal
