Job DetailsBerkshire Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Travel Nurse RN. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to patients in various settings, including medical-surgical units, intensive care units, and emergency departments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and safety.Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Massachusetts.
  • 2 years of current L & D experience.
  • Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred.
  • Skills Checklist current to 1 year.
  • 1 Supervisory Signed Reference from within the past two years of employment.
