  Physical Therapist Position Highlights:
  Location: Pittsfield, MA
  Start Date: 3/10/2025
  Schedule: 5x8; M-F, Days (8am-4:30pm); Rotating Weekends/Holiday Coverage Required if needed

  Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
  
  -Provide total patient care, including hands-on assistance with transfers, ADLs, and mobility without lifts.
  
  -Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based interventions, therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and wound care.
  
  -Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all care in compliance with regulatory and clinical standards.
  
  -Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mobility strategies, home safety, and adapting to functional changes.
  
  -Communicate effectively with supervisors and the healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
  
  -Supervise and support PTAs, rehab aides, and students while ensuring quality treatment.
  
  -Maintain accurate records, participate in team meetings, and stay current with required training.
  
  Physical Therapist Qualifications:
  -Experience: 2+ years of acute care and home health experience (required)
  -Licensure: Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License (required).
  -Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
