Pay Information $2,273 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Dialysis - Chronic Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current experience License: Must hold a valid state license Certifications: BLS (AHA) Must-Have: - COVID vaccination (dose date on or after 10/3/23) is required - Proof of vaccination or intent to fill out exemption form must be included Description: All candidates must provide at least two specific interview dates and times of availability. "Anytime" availability will not be accepted. Exemption forms are available for those who qualify. If approved, travelers will wear a mask at all times while on site. Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted. Requests submitted after profile upload will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requested time off will be accepted. Travelers must have their own vehicle for this assignment. Profiles must include a permanent address. All requested time off must be included upon profile submission. Any requests presented after the offer or interview will not be approved. A BSN is preferred. A skills checklist relevant to the position current within the last year must also be provided. A supervisory signed reference from within the past two years of employment is required. All necessary licenses and certifications must be uploaded with the profile.
