- Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Location: Pittsfield,
Massachusetts (MA 01201) - Unit: Labor & Delivery (L&D) - Start
Date: October 13, 2025 - End Date: January 12, 2026 - Duration:
13-week nursing contract - Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (12 Hour
Days) - Hours per Week: 36 - Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend
and holiday rotation required - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2200 -
$2360 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Massachusetts RN
license (required for MA nursing jobs) - Minimum 2 years of recent
Labor & Delivery RN experience - Current ACLS (AHA), NRP, and BLS
(AHA) certifications must be in hand at time of application -
Experience with Meditech Expanse preferred - Must have own vehicle
for travel nurse assignment - COVID-19 vaccination required (dose
date on or after 10/3/23) or approved exemption with mask
requirement - Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (travel
nursing requirement) - Ability to work two major holidays
(Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s, including associated
weekends) - Maximum of 3 days requested time off (RTO) during
assignment; all RTO must be submitted with application - Work
history, skills checklist (current to 1 year), and at least one
supervisory reference (from the past 2 years) required Labor &
Delivery RN Responsibilities - Deliver comprehensive patient care
in the Labor & Delivery unit, including monitoring, assessment, and
support during labor and delivery - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient
outcomes - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by
physicians - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and
postpartum care - Accurately document all nursing care provided -
Participate in holiday and weekend rotations as required - Follow
all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control
