Shift Details: - Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:30 PM (Afternoons) - Hours
per Week: Minimum of 48 hours - Number of Shifts per Week: 4 Start
Date: 05/01/2026 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks (through 04/04/2026)
Shift Type: 12-hour afternoon shifts, nights availability as
necessary Certifications and Licenses Requirements: - Current and
Valid Massachusetts RN license (underline and bold for emphasis) -
Current and Valid ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) -
Current and Valid NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) - Current
and Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) - All certifications must be
current, uploaded at profile submission, and available for
verification upon offer. Certification cards must be in hand; no
flexibility on this requirement. What You Bring: - A valid
Massachusetts RN license with proof uploaded in your profile -
Current ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications with documentation ready
- Proven experience in Labor & Delivery nursing, capable of
managing high-stakes, fast-paced clinical situations - Strong
communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare
professionals and patients - Teamwork-oriented attitude with the
ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments - Flexibility to
work holidays, including Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s,
as required - Commitment to adhering to facility protocols and
safety standards - Willingness to wear a mask at all times on site
if a COVID vaccination exemption is not granted Preferred Education
& Experience: - Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
(BSN preferred) - Minimum 1-2 years of recent Labor & Delivery
experience in a hospital setting - Familiarity with maternity unit
policies and procedures - Experience working in a high-volume,
fast-paced hospital environment Additional Details: - Orientation:
8 hours of mandatory, non-billable training before start - Holiday
Coverage: Availability required; specific days must be identified
upfront - Travel Restrictions: Berkshire Health System will NOT
consider travelers residing within 50 miles of the facility —
include your permanent address during profile upload - COVID-19
Vaccination: Dose date on or after 10/03/2023 required; exemption
forms available and must be submitted with profile if applicable;
