Massachusetts, 01201! Job Opportunity – Critical Care Nurse –
Massachusetts Start Date: January 19, 2026 Location: Western
Massachusetts Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 12-hour shifts; weekends and holidays as
needed; flexibility to float to PCU required Highlights: 20-bed
critical care unit with 1:2 patient ratio Comprehensive critical
care experience including ventilator management, ICP monitoring,
and hemodynamic monitoring Meditech Expanse EMR system in use
8-hour non-billable orientation provided Holiday and overtime
compensation at 1.25x multiplier 13-week assignment with limited
time-off consideration Requirements: Active Massachusetts RN
license Current Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency
license (Nursing Pool) Minimum 2 years of recent Critical Care
nursing experience Current ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), and NIHSS
certifications Proficiency in ventilator management, ICP
monitoring, and hemodynamic monitoring Willingness to float to
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) as needed Reliable personal
