healthcare jobs) - Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Unit:
Labor & Delivery (L&D RN) - Start Date: December 29, 2025 - End
Date: March 30, 2026 - Duration: 13-week contract - Shift: 12-hour
nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) - Hours per Week: 36 - Weekend/Holiday:
Every other weekend and holiday rotation required - Orientation: 8
hours (non-billable) Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 2
years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience (L&D nursing
jobs preferred) - Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license -
Current ACLS (AHA), NRP, and BLS (AHA) certifications required at
time of application - Experience with Meditech Expanse electronic
medical record strongly preferred - Must have own vehicle for
assignment (travel nurse requirement) - Must reside more than 50
miles from facility (per travel nursing guidelines) - Work history,
skills checklist (current within 1 year), and one recent
supervisory reference (within past 2 years) required - All
requested time off (maximum 3 days) must be submitted at
application; no additional RTO requests will be approved after
submission Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities - Deliver
comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit
- Monitor mothers and newborns, recognizing and responding to
changes in patient condition - Assist physicians and the healthcare
team during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum care -
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed - Educate and
support patients and families throughout the childbirth process -
Accurately document all patient care activities in the electronic
medical record (Meditech Expanse) - Participate in every other
