Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in L&D and/or OR circulation for C-sections. Key Responsibilities : Educate and support nursing staff on OR circulation practices for C-sections Provide perinatal clinical education within the Family Birthplace unit Ensure adherence to evidence-based practices and hospital policies Support staff competency development in operative obstetrics Required Experience & Education : 3 years of current RN Educator experience in the Perinatal field Proven experience educating OR circulation for C-sections High proficiency in L&D and/or OR circulation BSN or higher degree – Required : Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred Licensure & Certifications (Must Be in Hand at Upload – Non-Negotiable) Massachusetts RN License : BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) NRP Facility will NOT pend licenses or certifications upon offer.
