to qualified applicants Schedule: 13-week assignment, rotating
schedule with every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed

nurse-to-patient ratio in a community hospital setting Intimate
3-bed unit focused on delivering compassionate care to children and
adolescents with family involvement Support from Family Birthplace
staff, respiratory therapists, IV therapists, and immediate
emergency response systems Meditech Expanse EMR system utilized; 8
hours of non-billable orientation provided Opportunity to work in a
close-knit team environment where dependability directly impacts
patient outcomes Rooming-in options for parents and child-friendly
amenities including games, videos, and a playroom Requirements:
Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse license Massachusetts
Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) – required
by state regulation Minimum 3 years of current pediatric nursing
experience (required) Adult Medical-Surgical experience preferred
for potential float coverage Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS
certifications through the American Heart Association Current
Pediatric Skills Checklist (within 1 year) and Medical-Surgical
Skills Checklist (within 1 year) BSN preferred Must reside more
than 50 miles from the facility Reliable personal vehicle required
Strong attendance record and dependability essential due to small
