We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in New York

office-based primary care Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive
primary care Average patients/day Collaborate with APPs and care
team Participate in light, low-frequency phone-only call rotation
Optional involvement in hospital medicine or leadership roles

primary care (no specifics listed) EMR System: EPIC Support Staff:
RN triage, APPs, administrative staff Days Per Month: Full-time (4
or 5 days/week) On-Call/Weekends: Approx. 1 in 70 days; weekend

Requirements: Board Certified in Family Medicine (or Board Eligible
within 5 years and working toward BC) REQUIRED Active NY License or
willingness to obtain REQUIRED DEA and ACLS certifications by start
date REQUIRED Clean malpractice and licensing history REQUIRED
Willingness to work full-time, 4- or 5-day schedule REQUIRED Strong
