ASAP About the Position Job Description: A leading healthcare
facility is seeking an experienced and NRP-certified RN for a
Mother-Baby / Postpartum unit. The nurse must be skilled in
independently receiving newborns at delivery (?35 weeks),
performing initial resuscitation steps, assigning APGAR scores, and
managing couplet care with 3–4 couplets. This role includes support
in antepartum, GYN surgical care, and floating to NICU, pediatrics,
or L&D. Epic EMR experience is required. Requirements
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of recent postpartum or mother-baby RN
experience NRP & BLS certifications (AHA only) Must be competent in
baby-catching and initiating neonatal resuscitation Experience with
couplet care (3–4 couplet ratio) Able to float to NICU, pediatrics
, or L&D (fully trained) Familiar with NST (non-stress tests)
and antepartum care Must have Epic EMR experience Every other
weekend required No prior employment at any related health system
