Job Description Family Medicine Opening in Stillwater, NYFull Time PositionDetails:Join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital-affiliated practice support.Full range of healthcare services for families, including pediatric exams, adolescent medicine, adult and geriatric health care, illness/injury care, preventive immunizations, cancer screening, and promoting healthy lifestyles.Highlights:Shared call rotation averaging 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage.Physician-governed organization with physician-led JOC.Option for flexible schedule - 3, 4, or 5-day work week.APP collaboration with additional compensation.Opportunities for teaching 1st-year students and precepting NP/PA students.Hybrid work opportunity in Hospital Medicine, if desired.Leadership/administrative opportunities available.Requirements:Active NYS licensure and DEA required.Board Certified.Open to experienced or new graduate candidates.Strong interest in providing Primary Care for all ages.Recruitment Package:Competitive starting salary range: $250,000 - $260,000, with additional earnings potential through productivity.Starting Bonus: up to $75,000.Retention Bonus: $25,000.Resident compensation available (up to $50,000 per year for early sign-on).Excellent benefits (health/vision/dental insurances).Paid malpractice with post-employment tail coverage.CME time & expense allowance.Paid time away from practice.Two-part retirement savings program with employer matching.
