Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Derry, New
Hampshire. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours
per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN
Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for
ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside
experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5
weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the
initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN
- Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work on a 29-bed medical surgical
telemetry unit • Maintain 6:1 patient ratio • Every other weekend
scheduling requirement • May be asked to float to other units as
needed • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Must have
dysrhythmia skills and at least 1 year of acute care experience •
Work with PCA pumps, IV pumps, and telemetry equipment • Use
Meditech Expanse documentation system • LNA support available, no
unit secretary • Participate in bedside care conferences and safety
rounding • Dress code: Clean and professional appearance, no
