Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with an active NY license for a Critical Care Float Pool night shift position requiring EPIC experience and AHA or RQI certifications. Responsibilities - Work in the Critical Care Float Pool covering various ICU units in a hospital setting - Night shifts from 19:00 to 07:30 - Floating among ICU, including Neuro and Surgical ICU units, is required - EPIC EMR is used and prior experience is required - Assignment length is 13 weeks - Blocked scheduling is not permitted - Competency testing must be passed within 2 attempts for all ICU units - No travel pairs allowed for this position - Travelers may only apply to one position at a time - More than 3 call outs within a 13 week period may result in contract termination, and make up shifts must be completed within 6 weeks - All requested time off must be submitted with the application Requirements - Active NY RN license required at the time of consideration - Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience required - Certifications must be from AHA or RQI - EPIC EMR experience required - No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months - Flu vaccination is required unless a medical exemption signed by a licensed professional is provided - US Social Security Number required; Canadian SIN not accepted - Local candidates from specific counties within a 50 mile radius are not eligible Benefits - High Pay and Bonuses - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options - 401(k) Plan - Weekly Payroll Deposit - Free Online CEUs - Generous Housing Allowance - Travel and Licensure Reimbursements - Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy - Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-640148.
