Behavioral Health for a travel nursing job in Glens Falls, New
York. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Behavioral Health
- Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift:
12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel - Minimum 2 years of
Behavioral Heath Unit experience - [Required] - Experience with
Pediatric, Adolescent, and Adult Patients - [Required] - Recent
travel experience [Required] - Experience with de-escalation of
agitated patients - De-Escalation Training of any kind, CPI or
NAPPI/Welle Certifications- [REQUIRED] - Traveler candidate must
have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement. - EPIC
experience [required] Clinician MUST be reliable! No attendance
concerns, call outs, etc - very patient oriented Unit Profile
Requirements: - Work History - Skills Checklist (pertinent to
position), current to 1 year - 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from
within the past two years of employment) - License/Certifications -
Must be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS and CPI -
Facility will not pend license/certs) Permanent address must be
included in profile. Address must match Driver License/State ID.
Address will be validated during compliance process. Travelers from
the following counties in New York will not be considered for
travel assignments at Glens Falls (Perm address must be included in
profile): - Albany - Columbia - Dutchess - Fulton - Greene -
Montgomery - Rensselaer - Saratoga - Schenectady - Ulster - Warren
