We’re seeking a Board-Certified (or eligible) Family Medicine Physician to join a collaborative team that values work-life balance, teaching opportunities, and long-term growth — all in one of New York’s most scenic and thriving communities. What You’ll Do: - Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages - Maintain a 40-hour workweek with 34 hours of patient-facing time - See 18–24 patients per day with strong support from APPs and staff - Participate in a low-frequency, phone-only call rotation with RN triage - Offer occasional telemedicine coverage (a few hours on select weekends) - Collaborate with a physician-led care team in a system that values your input - Optional teaching of NP/PA and med students, and pathways into hospital or leadership roles Compensation & Perks: - Base salary: $250,000–$260,000 - Sign-on bonus: Up to $75,000 paid in full with your first paycheck - $25,000 retention bonus at start of Year 2 - Productivity incentives available from Day 1 - Choose your pace: 4-day or 5-day workweek Comprehensive Benefits: - Health, dental & vision coverage - Life insurance short & long-term disability - Retirement program with employer contributions - FSA accounts for health and dependent care - Generous PTO sick time - CME allowance for professional development - Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible employer - Internal pathways for career advancement ?
