GROWING AND BUSY ADULT PRIMARY CARE OFFICE Brattleboro Primary Care
is looking for an organized team member, who can multitask, and is
looking to work 40hrs a week in an NCQA Certified Medical Home. JOB
DESCPTION Conducting comprehensive assessments of adult patients'
health status, including vital signs and medical history
Administration of immunizations and medications Performing basic
CLIA waive lab procedures Assisting providers with in office
medical procedures Patient/care giver teaching Triage Working with
area care coordinators, as well as active participation in care
coordination with patients with complex medical issues Medicare
Annual Wellness Visits Opportunities for working on QI Projects.
STARTING PAY RANGE, DEPENDENT ON LICENSE/CERTIFATION AND EXPERIENCE
$28.00 - 32.00 RANGE Our comprehensive benefit package includes
seven paid holidays, CTO time accrual, health, vision and dental
insurances, in addition to a 401K retirement program with employer
contribution. Full Time: 40hrs Monday – Friday Qualifications
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Proficient in administering injections Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written. Compassionate approach to patient
care with a focus on empathy and support. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention
