Job Description Registered Nurse Educator - Family Birthplace Unit /n Pittsfield, MA /n Specialty: Operating Room (OR) - C-Sections /n Position Type: Travel /n Contract Length: 13 weeks /n Pay: $2566 - $3091 | Shift: 3x12 Days Are you an experienced RN Educator with a passion for teaching in the Family Birthplace Unit? Our healthcare partner is seeking a highly skilled RN Educator to join their team and focus on educating operating room circulation for C-sections. In this role, you will be responsible for: /n - Providing expert education and training in the Family Birthplace Unit, specifically focusing on C-sections. - Utilizing your high proficiency in labor and delivery or circulating experience to enhance the skills of the team. - Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure best practices in operating room procedures. - Maintaining compliance with all required certifications and facility protocols. /n Requirements for this position include: /n - 3 years of current RN Educator experience in the perinatal field. - Experience in educating circulating in OR for C-sections. - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or higher degree. - Active Massachusetts RN license. - American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications (must be included in profile). - COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply). - Proficiency in Meditech Expanse is strongly preferred. - Ability to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations. - Must have own vehicle for the assignment.
