Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Saratoga Springs, NY Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join a patient-focused outpatient practice in Saratoga, NY . You will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages , collaborate with a physician-led care team , and participate in teaching opportunities with medical and NP/PA students . The role may also include telemedicine coverage, collaboration with APPs, and optional hospital medicine or administrative leadership responsibilities . This position allows you to see 18–24 patients per day in a supportive, team-oriented environment , ensuring high-quality care and compliance with all required certifications and licensure . Shift Timings: Full-time 4- or 5-day work week Shared, low-frequency on-call coverage with nurse triage Occasional telemedicine coverage on select weekends Primarily outpatient-focused with optional hospital collaboration Requirements Board Certification in Family Medicine (or eligibility and working toward certification) Active NY Medical License (or willingness to obtain) DEA and ACLS certifications Strong interest in primary care for all age groups Willingness to work full-time, 4- or 5-day schedule Benefits Base salary $250,000–$260,000 productivity incentives Starting bonus and retention bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance ??
