trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and families
through both in-person and telehealth sessions. Manage a steady
caseload of approximately 25 clients with the guidance and support
of experienced team members. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary

Experience providing individual therapy for children, adolescents,
and adults. Committed to achieving successful treatment outcomes by

phone assessments Passionate about using neurofeedback and
trauma-focused therapies to help clients thrive Compensation: This
is a part-time, non-salaried, fee-for-service position with the
potential opportunity to work as many hours as preferred, with a

hourly Responsibilities: Provide therapy services to children,
adolescents, and adults residing in the Branford area Ensure the
delivery of high-quality evidence-based treatment Engage in ongoing
professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic
skills Assess and monitor the client’s progress throughout
neurofeedback sessions Attend and participate in weekly
Neurofeedback Clinical Rounds Collaborate with an EMDRIA Certified
Consultant for professional consultations Provide evidence-based
therapy and interventions with appropriate training Be attentive
and responsive to both patient and team needs Complete assigned
tasks and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner Maintain
compliance with licensure requirements, including obtaining CEUs
Display eagerness for professional growth and expanding knowledge
Maintain autonomy within the clinical setting with support from the
practice Foster open communication and collaboration within the
team Adaptability to meet the evolving needs of patients and the
team Qualifications: Expertise in brain-based therapies across the
lifespan is desired Knowledge of attachment, ego states, and early
trauma is preferable Being bilingual is preferred Possessing
openness to new techniques is essential Flexibility to respond to
changing clinical needs is necessary Possessing a passion and
experience in treating trauma Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to enter patient data into an EHR in a
timely manner Demonstrating enthusiasm for professional growth
Seeking a challenging environment to optimize development Desired
qualifications include expertise in brain-based therapies across
the lifespan Having the willingness to obtain training in EMDR is
an advantage Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial Having an
open attitude towards new techniques and knowledge is critical A
passion and background in treating trauma is essential Proficiency
in providing online therapy is a must Adhering to ethical standards
is paramount Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
