Job Description:
Headway, a leader in mental health innovation, is seeking a
compassionate and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
to join our dedicated team. At Headway, we streamline the

insurance. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a
pivotal role in providing top-notch therapeutic services and
support to a diverse client base, leveraging our state-of-the-art
platform to help individuals navigate their mental health journeys.
Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of new patients. Design
and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
and goals. Provide ongoing therapy including individual, group, and
family counseling. Collaborate with other mental health
professionals and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive
care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in compliance
with privacy regulations. Stay informed of the latest research and
best practices in mental health treatment. Support patient access
to mental health care via Headway's insurance partnerships.
Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic approaches and
techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to maintain a high level of confidentiality and ethical standards.
Proficient with digital health records and telehealth platforms.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
Current state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
(LMHC) or equivalent. BLS certification preferred.
