Job Description:

looking for a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to
join our team of innovators and experts in mental health care. As
an LMHC at Headway, you will play a pivotal role in providing
high-quality counseling services, utilizing our advanced platform
to connect with patients and help them navigate their mental health
challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic,
supportive environment while making a profound impact on the lives
of many. Conduct initial assessments and evaluations of new
patients to determine mental health conditions and needs. Develop
tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs and
promote wellness. Provide ongoing psychotherapy using
evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, or other appropriate
modalities. Regularly review and update patient treatment plans as
necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
provide holistic care to patients. Maintain accurate patient
records and protect all confidential information according to
federal and state law and company policy. Participate in
professional development and stay updated with advancements in
mental health practices. Proficient in using telehealth platforms
for therapy sessions. Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. Capability to diagnose and treat various mental health
conditions. Ability to handle sensitive information with
confidentiality. Skills in crisis management and intervention.
