Job Description:
Headway, a leader in mental health innovation, is seeking a
Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our dedicated team. This
role is pivotal in advancing our mission to make mental health care
attainable by integrating insurance solutions. Our goal is to
enhance patient outcomes by providing top-tier mental health
services through a seamless connection with experienced mental
health professionals. Conduct psychological assessments and provide
treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs. Work in
collaboration with other mental health professionals to enhance
therapeutic offerings. Ensure confidentiality and adherence to
ethical standards. Stay up-to-date on latest mental health
practices and contribute to organizational knowledge. Engage in
continuous education to improve patient care practices. Provide
crisis intervention services when required. Strong understanding of
various therapeutic modalities and psychological testing Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to maintain a high
degree of discretion and confidentiality Proficient in managing
multiple cases effectively Empathy and strong listening skills
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Valid state license as a Clinical Psychologist Board
certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology is
preferred Additional training or certification in specialized areas
of mental health is advantageous
