About the Opportunity: Position: Full-time, hospital-employed Scope: Mix of inpatient and outpatient care (50/50 split) Call: Light call! 1 weeknight per week (rarely need to come in), 1:5 weekend call (with APP support) Setting: Modern facilities with advanced technology and a full support staff including certified techs, APPs, and exercise physiologists Specialties Offered: Echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, vascular ultrasound, pacemakers, peripheral interventions, venous laser ablation Environment: Team-based, mission-driven, and focused on both innovation and quality care Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $500,000–$550,000 first year, eventual move into a comprehensive program with productivity and quality incentives built right in. $100,000 Recruitment Package (details discussed during interview) Negotiable starting bonus Relocation allowance (reimbursement-based) Full health, dental, and vision coverage Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME time and stipend Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan with employer matching Future move into a comprehensive incentive model (productivity quality-based) ?
