Job Description:

college, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse II for the General
Medicine/Surgical Unit. This challenging position involves
providing top-tier nursing care in a dynamic, multidisciplinary
environment, contributing to the treatment of diverse patient
populations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient
care, a commitment to improving patient outcomes, and the ability
to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Provide comprehensive nursing
care for patients in the general medical and surgical units. Assess
patient conditions and administer appropriate treatments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to formulate
comprehensive patient care plans. Monitor patient responses to
treatments, and adjust plans as necessary. Educate patients and
their families on post-treatment home care needs. Ensure the
maintenance of accurate patient records. Participate in research
and continuous improvement initiatives within the unit. Strong
clinical skills in a medical/surgical environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Ability to work effectively in a
team-oriented healthcare setting Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
