The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, NY is seeking a board-certified pathologist to participate in clinical services of Breast pathology in an academic setting. Fellowship training is highly desired. This position offers a mix of clinical service, teaching, and collaborative research in a supportive, collegial environment. Position Highlights: - Focused practice in breast pathology, with the opportunity to support other subspecialties if desired - Involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows - Opportunities for clinical, translational, and collaborative research - Access to strong institutional resources, including core labs and biorepositories - Interdisciplinary collaboration with breast surgery, radiology, oncology, and research teams Qualifications: - MD or equivalent with board certification in Anatomic Pathology - Fellowship training in breast pathology highly desired - Academic accomplishments and interest in teaching and publishing - Experienced candidates preferred, but all qualified applicants will be considered We offer a competitive salary, academic rank commensurate with experience, a generous sign-on bonus and a well-rounded benefits package. Competitive salary range with quarterly incentive bonus opportunity $224,000-$336,500 (base salary).
