care, seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse III for our Critical Care
Unit (CCU). This pivotal role demands a compassionate and skilled
nurse equipped with specialized critical care expertise to manage
complex patient cases. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you
shall be instrumental in delivering exemplary care and contributing
to our multidisciplinary team's efforts to improve patient
outcomes. Provide direct, high quality care to patients in a
critical care setting. Monitor patient health conditions and
respond to deteriorations. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to develop care plans. Educate patients and families
on condition management and preventive measures. Implement patient
care standards, ensuring safety and compliance with healthcare
regulations. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Patient
assessment and monitoring Critical thinking and decision-making
Communication and teamwork Knowledge of critical care equipment and
technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of
practice. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
preferred.
