Job Description:
Albany Medical Center seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse II for
our South Clinical Campus, offering a compassionate professional a

This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality patient care in a
dynamic team setting. Provide comprehensive nursing care to
patients in a hospital setting Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health management Administer medications and treatments safely and
according to prescribed protocols Maintain patient records and
prepare clinical documentation Participate in continuous quality
improvement activities and education to keep current with the
nursing practices Strong clinical skills with a focus on
patient-centered care Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability
to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Capability to
handle stressful situations professionally Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse
(RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
