Job Description:

a highly skilled Clinical Nurse III for our South Clinical Campus.

team. The Clinical Nurse III will lead nursing practices, engage in
continuous education, and contribute to research initiatives to
enhance treatment protocols. This position offers the opportunity
to work in a stimulating environment where patient care is linked
with the latest in biomedical research. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to patients. Coordinate patient
treatment plans alongside physicians and other healthcare
professionals. Implement evidence-based nursing interventions and
evaluate outcomes. Supervise and mentor junior nurses and nursing
assistants. Participate in research projects and continuous
professional development opportunities. Ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Advanced clinical nursing
skills. Leadership and team management. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to handle high stress situations.
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Basic Life
Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Certification in a specialized area of nursing (e.g., Critical
Care, Emergency Nursing, etc.) is preferred.
