Job Description:

Nurse for our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our

patients in their earliest days. Provide critical care to newborns
with health issues in the NICU. Monitor and administer medical care
and medications as prescribed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary
healthcare teams to develop and implement nursing care plans. Use
technology-driven solutions and equipment to improve patient
outcomes. Educate parents and guardians about neonate health and
post-discharge care. Maintain patient records and document all care
provided accurately. Proficiency in neonatal care techniques and
technologies Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills Experience with electronic health
records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of
practice Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC)
