Provide comprehensive care to critically ill neonates,
incorporating the latest technological solutions. Work
collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient
outcomes. Monitor and manage patient care using modern medical
technologies and software. Educate and support patients' families
regarding neonatal care processes. Implement standards of care
compliant with institutional policies and national health
regulations. High proficiency in neonatal care techniques and
technologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate advanced NICU medical equipment Strong
analytical skills for patient data interpretation Adaptability to
rapidly changing technology in medical environments Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
certification Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
(RNC-NIC) preferred
