Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Albany, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,339 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Labor and Delivery Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Nights Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 Years License: RN Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, C-EFM Must-Have: Comfortable in the OR setting and able to act as baby RN Description: The RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care to mothers and newborns throughout the entire childbirth process. Responsibilities include monitoring maternal and fetal well-being. Administering medications as needed. Coaching patients through labor. Assisting during delivery. Educating families on infant care. The RN should be comfortable in an operating room setting. A level 1 LDRP model with a special care nursery is followed.
