Physical Therapist - Home Health - (PT - HH)
StartDate: 01/21/2019Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $45.00 - 47.50

Home healthcare company is seeking a self-starting, highly motivated Physical Therapist to join the team. Therapist will treat an adult and geriatric population seeing approximately 6 patients per day. Candidates must be willing to support a friendly, positive and professional environment.

Required Qualifications
-MA license
-Previous homecare experience
-Strong electronic documentation skills


Preferred Qualifications
Experience using Delta EMR
