and BOH management experience Hands on working Manager with some
previous kitchen management experience preferred Minimum of 2-3
years of previous team leadership experience in the restaurant
industry 2 years responsibility for financial results 2 years of
experience as a Restaurant General Manager True desire to learn,
grow and succeed in a fast-paced environment Flexible and adaptable
Ability/flexibility to work 45-60 hours per week Ability to set
goals, create action plans, and implement those plans Valid
Driver’s license/Reliable transportation Ability to stand for
prolonged periods of time Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Key
Competencies : Ability to hire, train, assign, schedule, mentor and
develop team members Leads by example; hands on management style;
set high standards for self and the team Proficiency in analyzing
profit and loss statements and overall financial performance of
restaurant Build sales, increase profitability, control labor/food
costs Knowledge of Labor Laws Work in tandem with the District
Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store Great culture
leader who looks for great people to add to the family Proactively
manages and develops a strong store team, motivates talent and
nurtures a positive culture Reviews performance of employees and
enforce policies and procedures Performs regular restaurant
inspections to ensure team and restaurant are meeting standards
Establishes, follows, and enforces sanitation standards and
procedures Ability to control cash, property, product inventory,
