Training Coordinator (entry-mid level, administrative/client customer service role)

Job Description:

GP Strategies has an immediate need for a Training Coordinator to support a large client in Pittsfield, MA. This is a full-time, benefitted position.

Responsibilities:

* Enter employee data into the client system to record completion of training requirements

* Answer/return customer and vendor inquiries via phone, mail, or e-mail

* Schedule and create learning events based on customer requirements

* Coordinate facilities and food arrangements in accordance with customer requirements

* Communicate scheduled class availability to customer via e-mail

* Monitor enrollment levels and works with customer to for the go/no go decision

* Cancel classes, vendors, catering, and location based on low enrollment numbers

* Prepare purchase requisitions and orders materials for all class events

* File and retain class billing records per the processes and procedures

* Code and submit vendor invoices

* Complete monthly accruals

* Maintain material inventory

* Maintain Corrective and Preventive Action Report database

* Coordinate the delivery of required class materials to class location

* Identify required skill set and engages appropriate instructors

* Establish and administer the Instructor Certification Process

* Manage the instructor evaluation process

* Conduct resource planning and leveling

* File rosters and retain records per the processes and procedures

Qualifications:

* Prior administrative support and/or customer service experience

* Intermediate MS Word/Excel experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Learning Management System administration (SuccessFactors, CornerStone on Demand)

* Training scheduling and logistics coordination experience

Physical Requirements:
Work is conducted in an office environment seated at a computer
