Practitioner to become a part of our team! You will focus on
providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.
Qualifications: Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
Active New York State NP license and DEA registration. Eligible for
Medicare/Medicaid billing. 3 years of clinical experience
(geriatric or long-term care experience is a big plus). A great
bedside manner, a big heart, and a good sense of humor. Your
Schedule: Part-time flexibility on-site only (not remote) No
