Job Description Job Description We're a full-service staffing
firm seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team
in Albany. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring
managers to find, attract, and hire exceptional candidates and play
a crucial part in building a strong talent pipeline and ensuring a
positive candidate experience from first contact through offer
acceptance. Responsibilities: -Develop and implement effective
recruiting strategies to identify top talent across job boards,
social networks, and additional sourcing channels -Write and post
engaging job descriptions tailored to attract talent -Review
resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate
qualifications and fit -Coordinate and schedule interviews between
candidates and hiring managers -Conduct reference checks and
collaborate on background screening when necessary -Build and
maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through consistent
communication and market research -Maintain an organized database
of candidate records including active applicants, passive
prospects, and prior applicants -Partner with hiring managers to
refine recruitment processes -Ensure compliance with all local,
state, and federal employment regulations throughout the hiring
process Qualifications: -1 to 3 years of recruitment or human
resources experience in-house or agency -Strong communication,
interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to multi task and
manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency with recruiting tools, HR databases, ATS platforms,
and sourcing techniques -Knowledge of the Albany-area talent market
