Job Description The Business Solutions Architect – Financial
Accounting (BSA) reports to the Financial Transformation and
Systems team and is a key role in leading LM's Business
Transformation, Systems Modernization (BTSM) initiative. This role
will partner with Value Stream Product Owners and their teams, in a
cross value stream capacity, to build the future of how Lockheed
Martin will support Financial Accounting business processes, which
includes General Ledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Consolidation,
Tax. Daily responsibilities for this role will include (but not
limited to) the following: • Working closely with business
transformation leads/product owners, IT solution architects and
data architects to support KCD authoring, system configuration,
Functional Specification, Integration/Test defect
evaluation/resolution, and scope change approvals • Leading Key
Business Decision (KBD), Key Configuration Decisions (KCD), Cross
Value Stream Integration (CVSI) closure, functional requirements
management/clarification, and scope change assessment • Engaging
with Business Area representatives to understand pain points,
integration points, and future implementation requirements •
Integrating with other Business Solution Architects so the ‘To Be’
process is cohesive from an ‘End to End’ perspective and cross team
impacts are understood during the Build and Deployment phases •
Integrating the manufacturing financial processes by way of the
digital thread • Understanding the impact of North Star objectives
on business process design and support/encourage change to meet
requirements and transformation objectives for LM • Empowered to
make BA or Corporate decisions and recommendations • Defines the
principles, guidelines, standards, and solution patterns to ensure
decisions are aligned with the enterprise's future-state
architecture vision • Providing input into and sign-off on
financial system solution architecture decisions based on
enterprise business strategy, capabilities, and requirements •
Identifying technology issues or misalignment with business
requirements, and works with implementation team to propose
solutions Basic Qualifications • Strong understanding of Financial
Accounting Business Processes • Forward thinker, growth mindset,
change agent with ability to lead cross functional teams to
effective financial solutions • Understand transformation
objectives and how to align future state processes to achieve
business outcomes • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative,
deadline driven environment • Ability to execute assigned
responsibilities with minimal supervision & direction Desired
skills • Experience supporting multiple financial organizations
spanning multiple business areas • Ability to think strategically
and design new processes and ways of working • Experience with
business process architecture and requirements identification •
Financial Systems (SAP) implementation experience is preferred

Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position
will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed
Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a
Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings. Work Schedule
Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work
schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week
while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide
employees with additional time away from the office and are in
addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base
salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and
New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $117,200 - $206,770. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life

Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state
applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at
least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for
incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours
for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of
Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually;
receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave,
and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the
calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$134,900 - $233,680. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
