What You Will Be Doing Wash down park midways using fire hose equipment to ensure they are clean and spotless for Guests prior to park opening Remove leaves and debris from midways as you go Pressure wash park areas as needed Use, clean and maintain trash receptacle areas During Work Crew shifts (when the park is not operating), operate pressure washing equipment, and perform various park cleaning and upkeep projects Perform all general and specific park operating cleaning duties as specified May perform other duties beyond the scope of above as necessary to support the department and the park as a whole How You Will Do It Ability to work in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Positive attitude to make guests excited about their ride Comfortable with public speaking / performing in front of guests Must react well in stressful and emergency situations Taking direction from managers and supervisors What You Will Need Must be 18 years of age; valid NYS driver’s license preferred Available to work in the hours between 7am and 12pm when the theme park is operating; additional shifts available for work crew prior to the theme park season Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Must be able to hold and move fire hose equipment around park midways Must be able to operate pressure washer and hold equipment as necessary in a safe manner Must be able to walk and stand throughout entire shift Must be able to hold and operate gas leaf blower Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
