Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality production, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and logistics. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: East Durham, NY Pay Range: $22.5 Shift: 7am - 7pm What's the Job? Receive, administer, and control inventory of raw and packaging materials Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) to perform all inventory moves Complete daily stock transactions and supply materials to production areas Maintain accurate inventory levels using ERP systems Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement continuous improvement projects What's Needed? High School diploma or equivalent Basic math skills and reading/writing comprehension in English Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods Flexibility to work extended hours as needed Experience operating PITs or certifications preferred What's in it for me?
