Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Milford, NH to bring on a Machine Operator. This position is full time and temp to hire, with opportunities for overtime. Position: Machine Operator Shift: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (overtime as needed) Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience Duties / Responsibilities • Review work orders and production documentation • Set up, operate, and monitor machinery in assigned production areas • Load and replace materials and splice product to maintain continuous production • Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy • Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and reassembly of machines • Assist with basic repairs and coordinate additional maintenance when needed • Operate forklifts or other powered equipment safely, including propane cylinder changes • Record production activity and maintain accurate documentation • Direct helpers and work collaboratively with team members • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications • High School Diploma or GED required • Previous manufacturing experience preferred • Wire and cable industry experience is a plus, but not required • Ability to use precision gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions • Comfortable using computers for basic data entry • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs If you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.
